All orders are subject to approval by Bestlouver.com. Placement of order constitutes that customer is familiar with terms of sale. Customer understands that particular products offered by Bestlouver.com are "made to order" and will take up to 10 days to build and ship. Stock items ship same or next day.

Bestlouver.com warrants their products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. In the event of such a defect, Bestlouver.com will replace or repair the product at our option. This warranty only applies to products used for their original intent. This warranty does not cover and is void on any product that in our opinion has been improperly used, abused, or altered in any manner. Bestlouver.com assumes no liability with respect to use of its products. This warranty does not cover consequential damages, incidental damages or expenses, or injury to person(s) and/or property(s).
Connecticut customers must add 7.0% sales tax to their orders. If tax exempt, please mail, fax or e-mail a copy of your exemption certificate to Bestlouver.com along with your order.
FOB origination of shipment. Prepaid and Added to invoice. Shipping charges are reflected in the shopping cart.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All made to order returned merchandise must be in re-sellable condition and is subject to a 50% restocking fee (except for in-warranty defective materials and product shipped in error at the origination). Stock merchandise will be refunded in full minus the shipping cost. Merchandise must have a return authorization. An authorization may be obtained by calling, faxing, or e-mailing our offices. Please provide the sales order number from the packing list along with the quantities and part numbers of any materials to be returned. We will reply with a return authorization number and instructions. Merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid.
Every effort will be made to ship your product complete and fast. In the event an item is backordered, it will be noted on the packing list. Payments for partial shipments are due in the same manner as if the order were shipped complete. If you do not wish for an order to ship unless it is complete, please make Bestlouver.com aware at the time of order.

In the event of a shortage you must notify Bestlouver.com within 7 days of invoice date.
